Sony Xperia Z Ultra C6802 is the latest, higher-spec extension of the flagship phablet Xperia Z. The handset builds on its predecessor's features and offers high-end hardware that easily beats the rest of the competition. It models a truly huge 6.4-inch Triluminos capacitive touchscreen display with a Full HD screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a pixel density of 344ppi. The shatterproof and scratch resistant screen supports 10 point multitouch. At just 6.5mm thin, the Xperia Z Ultra is not only the world's slimmest smartphone, but also offers IP55/IP58 certification for dust-proofing and water-proofing for 1m depth/30 minutes submersion underwater.
The device features an extremely powerful 2.2GHz Quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor which is the fastest processor on any phablet available. It offers 2GB RAM for super-smooth multitasking and 16GB built-in storage. A microSD memory card is also available for storage extension up to 64GB. Powered by Google's Android Jelly Bean 4.2, the phablet comes with full support for HTML5 standard browsing.
Sony Xperia Z Ultra C6802 boasts an 8MP primary autofocus camera with HDR. The camera's Exmor R image sensor captures stunning images which appear lifelike after automatic image stabilization. It can record Full HD 1080p movies along with video stabilization. Touch focus can be used for manual focus while subject's face is detected automatically.
